Lauren Fitzgerald is a storyteller. Her work explores the complexities of morality, the occult, motherhood, and religion. Those interests were partially inspired by The X-Files, Catholic school, and her mother’s dramatic narration of fantasy novels.

 

She attended UC Santa Barbara and CSU Los Angeles and has a BA in Literature. Her work has received recognition from The Austin Film Festival, NewFilmmakers LA, and MovieMaker Magazine.

 

 Her recent projects include the short film Immaculate Consumption, which she wrote, performed in, and directed. Immaculate Consumption will premiere at the 30th annual LA International Shorts Film Festival.

 

Lauren resides in California with her favorite humans.
